01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by jl 22 (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jl 22 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the jl 22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jl 22 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jl 22 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl 22 may, at its sole discretion:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void any pending bets, bonuses, or promotional credits across all accounts;

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

jl 22 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time jl 22 deems necessary.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and mobile number); and

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl 22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jl 22 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jl 22 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jl 22 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. 6.4 Promotional Changes

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generators

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or

jl 22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl 22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl 22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

jl 22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl 22 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over jl 22's operations in the Philippines.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the dispute resolution process above, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
